We went to a Sukmani Sahib paath today and oh my I wanted to deck the guy giving the talk! He was goin on and on about how a married woman is incomplete if she has not had a son!

Is it not the hukam of Maharaj to give sons or daughters is it not in his hands?

The words he had the nerve to say in front of Maharaj was just not worthy of the breath Maharaj has blessed him with.

Sikhi is the one religion that allows a woman to hold her head up high and live. So why do men depress the woman. If there was no woman how would you produce such great men of Maharaj.


Maharaj says:
so kio mandhaa aakheeai jith janmehi raajaan
So why call her bad? From her, kings are born.

Although this guy was not putting women down he was not celebrating their existence like he was to males! Oh how my blood boils!
