Sadness

I go through the motions

Inside there is a sadness

Sadness of feeling inadequate

Sadness that you are not here

Sadness off just being but not feeling

Your intuition your mother's love

Gave me strength to lift up thr world and make a difference

Now I slump into bed thinking it's Monday tmrw 

Here we go again 

What's my release what's my outlet

I'm being unfair to the kids to the one

By not fully being present

I'm not present in myself

Frustration

Anger

Sadness

These roll into one and then the emotion bubbles away

When a small tiny unconnected thing makes me explode
